Can I get my company logo or artwork printed on the product?

Certainly. In fact, you can get any design printed or embroidered.

The charges for that will vary depending on the design and the mode of creating the art you opt for.

I can’t find the exact style I’m looking for, but it is similar to your products. Can I design my own product?

With us, you can feel confident to get your concept to reality. All you need to do is get in touch with our customer service executive and share the picture and your requirements.

We will take it upon us as our mission to recreate what you’ve imagined to perfection.

I want the product in a specific pantone shade. Can you make that?

As we mentioned that all our products are fully customizable, so are the colors. We can print or die the fabric in your desired pantone shade.

However, the exact shade may slightly vary as they are recreated on a natural fiber.

Is it possible to get products with different size, specification from that mentioned your catalogue or website?

Yes! It is certainly possible. All our products are custom made.

We are happy to accommodate your specific needs at usually no extra cost for customization.

Lead Time

Do you accommodate urgent orders?

We consider catering to every need of our customers as our duty. We do accommodate urgent orders. In order to be able to fast track without loss of quality, we need to do it at an additional charges.

How fast can you produce my goods?

The cycle time of production typically depends on the exact product you choose and its level of detailing. Roughly speaking, 2 to 6 weeks is the standard time needed to craft the perfect product for you.

We are happy to bend backwards and help you with your goods faster, provided the turnaround time you ask for doesn’t lead to quality loss.

We would also like you to note that we are happy to cooperate even if there is any delay in communication on your side. However, the lead time then may change due to delay in receipt of art work, need for sample and so on.

Order Quantity

Is it possible to order smaller quantities?

Well, yes, it is technically possible because we don’t want any customer to return from our door.

However, the reason why we usually work on the minimum order quantity is that the fixed costs of good quality production are fairly high.

Each product has multiple cost factors such as freight, artwork, making printing plates, preparation of the print machine, job management and so on.

So, if we have to produce smaller quantities, we will not be able to offer you the same competitive price that we would have offered otherwise.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Normally, we take orders for at least 1000 units or worth USD 3000.

Packaging & Shipping

How exactly are you going to pack the goods?

You can be assured about completely safe packaging.

We package the goods as per the size of the boxes and the product. We usually use corrugated cardboard boxes. However, if you have specific requirements, we’ll be happy to accommodate.

What are your modes of shipping and the associated timelines and costs?

We have the infrastructure in place to ship your goods by sea, airfreight and door-to-door courier. The costs of these different modes are inversely proportional to the time they require.

Sea shipping is the most economical. It usually takes about 5 weeks to reach the destination. In this case, you will need a customs broker to clear your goods at the port, so that you can get it at your doorstep.

Airfreight is significantly faster and takes about 4-6 days on average. It is however costlier. Even in this case you will need the help of a customs broker to clear your goods from the airport, so that you can get it at your doorstep.

Door to door courier is the fastest with the least amount of hassle involved. It is also the most expensive shipping option of the three. With this method, you can expect your goods to be delivered at your doorstep within 4-6 days without the need for any involvement of a customs broker.

Note: Any import or custom duty applicable has to be borne by the consignee

Do you offer any discount for charities?

We are sensitive to the needs of charities and non-profits dedicated for societal good. It is our honest endeavour to try and accommodate as much as we can bend to help you for the noble cause.

Do you price match?

Yes, we do price match. You can totally consider it our word that with us, you will only get the best quality at the most honest pricing.

However, if price matching means sacrificing on the quality and the end product at the cost of your brand reputation, we refrain from doing that.

What are the modes of payment you accept?

We accept payment by means of Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) or Wire Transfer.

Quality Assurance

Can I verify the quality of the goods verified before shipping?

When working with us, you can feel absolutely at ease about uncompromised quality.

However, if you want to have a check for your satisfaction, we will be happy to accommodate. You can employ any surveyor of your choice, at your cost, to examine the goods before they’re shipped.

Samples

Can you provide any samples before I am confident about placing an order with you?

Yes, of course!

Having this doubt about the quality or how well our product aligns to your needs is completely valid. As a part of our excellence vision, our only endeavor is to make the process completely friction free at every step.

We are happy to provide you with a physical proof of any of our products, totally customized as per your requirement of size, color, and artwork.

However, since crafting a customized individual sample is very costly, time consuming and requires custom printing infrastructure as per your specific design, we will have to charge you for it.

How long will it take for my sample to be ready?

The exact time depends on the specific sample and product. However, in our experience, we have been able to deliver all samples within 7-10 days.

How to place an order for a sample?

You can simply contact our customer service representatives to assist you with the sample details.

All we will need is your products specifications, artwork, and customization instructions along with your international courier account number. (FEDEX/UPS/DHL/TNT)
